Does it work with WooCommerce?
Yes. The chat runs on every page of your shop. Product cards, basket and order status in the chat additionally need an interface to your shop that has to be set up once.
Does it slow my site down?
The script is loaded with defer, so only after your page is there. It doesn't block rendering.
Do I have to train the bot?
