Nobody knows what 2,000 answers means. A conversation is three to five questions on average. So 2,000 answers is roughly 400 to 600 conversations a month — about twenty a day. That's a rough guide, not a promise: billing goes by answers, and that's exactly what the invoice says.

Is it really free?

Yes, forever. The chat widget, live chat, the dashboard and your team cost nothing — however many conversations you have. You only pay if the AI should answer the questions itself. And even then you get 100 answers a month for free.

Does it cost extra when my team writes along?

No. Only the AI's answers are counted. What you write yourselves is unlimited — however many colleagues are reading.

Can I choose which AI answers?

Yes, in the dashboard. The standard model is enough for the vast majority of questions. For tricky advice you can pick a stronger one — one of its answers then uses more of your budget (four times as much on “Better”, twenty times on “Strong”). You can switch back at any time.

What if I need more than 20,000?

Then write to us. Above that we work it out rather than putting you in a tier.

Can I cancel?

Monthly. No minimum term.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. You only need payment details once you book an AI plan — and you do that in the dashboard, not here.
